Ladies Beauty Clinic offers a range of beauty and wellness services including but not limited to:

• Nail care and manicure/pedicure services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A valid email address and phone number are required for booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours prior notice. The original time slot cannot be rescheduled for the same date if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Missing a scheduled appointment without notice is referred to as a 'no-show.' In these situations, the time slot will be made available to other clients and the appointment will be automatically canceled.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Full service charges may still apply.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Mobile Payments (Juice, My.T Money)

Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

For your safety and the safety of our staff, please inform us of any:

• Medical conditions or allergies
• Skin sensitivities or reactions
• Pregnancy or nursing status
• Recent surgeries or injuries

We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment may pose a risk to your health.
